Thank you for taking the time to set an appointment with us so you can pick up collateral or property.  Please be sure the lien-holder is contacted first as we cannot assist until they have provided a release document to our office.  In order to ensure a smooth transition for all customers & transporters, we do have some requirements we need you to abide by.  Not following these simple rules may result in the delayment of release, additional fees and\or a forced rescheduling of the appointment.

  • Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • You must call 1 hour in advance to confirm your appointment on their scheduled day
  • Government issued Identification is required
  • ID name must match name on our paperwork
  • *If making an appointment on the weekend while our office is closed:
    • Monday is NOT an option as is gives our staff no time to prepare
    • If you make an appointment for Monday, it will be canceled.
  • Keys to the vehicle are required to pick up property
